President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan finally launched the Lausanne discussion. He made the statement that ignited discussions in relation to how an empire was pillaged, how it was divided into pieces/states, how it was caged within Anatolia, how the aim is to suppress the last fort in Anatolia through pressure and by force, how it was kept under tutelage throughout the 20th century and how today lowly scenarios are being played out to re-occupy Anatolia and further divide it.
