Introduction to the New World

U.S. President Donald Trump signed into law the bill “to oppose the U.S.’s enemies via sanctions,” which he signed unwillingly – as a matter of fact, which he almost openly said he was “forced” to sign – and imposed sanctions on North Korea, Iran and primarily Russia. He added the note, a signal of lack of power: “Despite problems, I am signing this bill for the sake of national unity.”

The president has also eliminated/transferred the authority to even soften this decision “that he made” with his own signature.

Could he have not vetoed it? Legally, yes, politically, no. Because then it would have led to a greater disgrace as congress could possibly achieve the adequate majority and veto Trump.

It’s the American congress that now has the power, and let’s state in advance that the democratic power of parliaments bred by the people to control has nothing to do with the matter. What’s happening is a series of open political extortions and an operation to scare the president with his own position, making him unable to move and surrender.

This is exactly what is means for the “Grand Jury” summons to take off on the Russian intervention in the presidential elections.

Allow me to confuse you: U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson also said, “The action by the Congress to put these sanctions in place against Moscow and the way they did, neither the president nor I were very happy about that.” (1. So the problem is first Russia, followed by Iran and North Korea, but including them.)

Based on this statement, we can assume the secretary of state is on the same page as Trump, right? (2. Don’t bet on it. For a while now it has strongly been stated that Tillerson would be leaving office and replaced by a lady.)

There are joint clusters and fronts including international and internal problems. (3. Other countries are expected to take position based on this and it causes an incredible field of diplomatic distrust. That’s where the danger lies.)

Let’s go back to the decision taken. What kind of power brings together the ruling and opposition party parliaments, the Republican and Democrat parties to the extent of threatening their own president?

The new situation points to an important shift in global power and Washington balances.

Russian Prime Minister Dimitry Medvedev said, “It will have a few outcomes. First, the hope of mending ties with the new U.S. administration is over. Second, a fully-fledged trade war has been declared against Russia. Third, the
Trump administration demonstrated
 "
completeimpotence
, in the
most humiliating manner
transferring executive powers
 to
Congress
.” (The first item alone is enough to raise hairs.”)

They fired at Russia but Berlin was struck

I will list what needs to be comprehended with this decision: The Russia issue is critical enough to destroy the White House. The second is issue Iran, and this has a reverse relationship with both Russia and Israel.

Then, we need to add the Gulf/Qatar crisis into the equation. Iran followed by Pakistan are the main elements of Chinese interests. If the U.S. has an independent president in Russia and Iran – i.e. Israel – policies, then he will go. Period.

What’s happened is that sanctions were imposed on Russia in a Europe which has a Ukraine-Poland position. Position is taken against a Pakistan-Russia-Persian-Israel-based Iran. Finally, sanctions are imposed on China through the Pacific and North Korea. Trump: “
We
'
ll handle North Korea
We
'
ll
 be able to
handle North Korea
. It will be handled. We
handle
 everything.” (July 31, 2017)

Europe is one of the dangerous places. Following the first Russian military drill in the Baltics with Chinese participation, a drill called “The West” that is said to continue for months in Moscow, and in Belarus with more than 100,000 soldiers, is going to be launched. In other words, it is going to see the Poland-Lithuania-Latvia front with NATO is deployed right across it.

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said: “NATO-Russia relations are going through the toughest time since the Cold War.” (Aug. 3, 2017)

This way, with the decision it has taken against Russia, the U.S. is actually sieging/tying down Europe and Germany.

European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker said: “If the U.S. sanctions harm European countries doing oil and natural gas business with Russia, EU will take countermeasures. We need to protect our economic interests against the U.S. and we will do this.”

‘Everyone will be responsible for the fatal consequences’

Similar multi-vector analyses can be made for Iran and China and in terms of the other countries trying to understand Russia and the U.S., leading to the result that the “America who?” question is now starting to tire.

Russian Federation Council Foreign Affairs Committee Chair Konstatin Kosachev said: “Trump chose the third option between vetoing the bill, refusing to sign and signing it. Not only those who prepared the bill will be responsible for the fatal consequences of the implementation of the bill, Trump will also be directly responsible.”

We should also add that Ankara is aware of the situation.

Immediately after Trump signed the bill, Turkish Foreign Affairs minister was in China. The timing was not specifically selected, but the things they said may be: “We consider China’s security as our own. We will not allow any negative activity aimed at China neither in our country nor our region.” (Aug. 4, 2017)

Finally, a statement is made for the first time during the Supreme Military Council (YAŞ) meeting and certain foreign policy geographies are marked: “The Gulf crisis, the developments in North Korea, European Union-Turkey relations, Yemen, Libya, Palestine-Israel issues all stand as potential regional and global risks in the upcoming period.”
