Just note that Kerry is the only Foreign Affairs Minister to arrange visits to Kirghizstan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Afghanistan, Pakistan and Turkmenistan, and carry them out in only 48 hours.
And yes, this is an attack on Russia's strategic existence.
Now can you tell me which Washington was the one that stood close to Russia in Vienna and the G20 Summit in Turkey, and which Washington routed Moscow and Beijing's backyards?

They are politely trying to say, “instead of just Moscow and Beijing, let us all be in it.” Thus, they want this directed to the West.
The US again thinks that it has scared the Kremlin countries with ISIL! That is to say, the coalition formed here explains why the US went towards this organization, and then can maybe clarify what happened in Paris!!!
We said that Kerry and Abe visited the region. But two weeks before, Russia was there.
Putin personally made this statement in the Commonwealth of Independent States: “Terrorists of different sorts are continuing to gain strength and are not hiding their future growth plans. One of their objectives is to sneak into Central Asia. One of the promises Obama had made before he was elected in 2008 was to withdraw the US and NATO from Afghanistan. He broke his promise. He announced that the US would continue to preserve its military existence in Afghanistan even after 2016.
