President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and his U.S. counterpart Donald Trump will meet in May prior to the meeting of the NATO Alliance, Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu said on Wednesday.
Çavuşoğlu also said that the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) report on Turkey’s constitutional referendum includes several mistakes, and added that Turkey believed the mistakes were deliberate.
"The OSCE's report has no reliability as their observations lack objectivity and are extremely partial," Çavuşoğlu told a news conference in Ankara.
The observers from the OSCE, Europe’s leading human rights body, were condemned for issuing a biased and prejudiced report.
The Turkish Foreign Ministry criticized the OSCE report for its politically charged comments that disregarded principles of objectivity and impartiality.
