Thirty-five suspects were arrested in an anti-Daesh operation conducted today by Istanbul Counter-terrorism Directorate Branch squads following an investigation, according to reports.
During the course of the investigation, security forces managed to identify the whereabouts of the suspects in 41 different locations in the districts of Pendik and Sultanbeyli.
Upon storming their places of residence, security forces seized military camouflage uniforms and several organizational documents belonging to the Daesh terror group.
After passing health checks at the Forensic Medical Unit, the arrested suspects were taken to the police station.
