Two Russian women were removed from a Turkish Airlines flight when passengers expressed displeasure with their behavior. The women were reported to be under the influence of alcohol at the time.

The incident occurred at Istanbul Ataturk Airport on January 10.

The passengers, who complained about the two women creating trouble, asked the authorities to remove them.

After the complaints, police came to the scene and took the women off the plane.

The flight was delayed for an hour until the women were taken back to the airport.

The women will be returned to Moscow, according to police sources.
