Great-great grandmother Ida Keeling set a new world record for the 100-meter race in Philadelphia.Keeling, 100, completed the race against competitors 80 and over in 1 minute and 17.33 seconds. “It was wonderful. It's the best exercise I know,” she said after the race. The centenarian athlete's advice to anyone who aspires to her level of fitness at an advanced age, or any age: "Eat for nutrition, not for taste. And exercise at least once a day.”Usain Bolt, currently recorded as the fastest person ever, holds the 100-meter world record of 9.58 seconds.
