A giant alligator has been captured on video strolling across Buffalo Creek Golf Club in the US state of Florida.The alligator didn't harm anyone. It continued walking slowly across the course until it disappeared from sight.One of the workers at the club, Wendy Schofield, told News 3: “He doesn't bother anybody and they don't bother him, he's like a mascot for the course.”Alligators were hunted nearly to extinction decades ago. Strict conservation laws were enacted to protect the reptiles. Now alligators are common backyard pests in many southern US states. They have been known to grab and eat housepets and occasionally even small children left unattended.
