The Bashar al-Assad regime of Syria, backed by Russia, is preparing to launch a massacre by using chemical weapons against the civilians in Idlib, where around one million people are living currently.
"Assad will attack thousands of civilians with chlorine and phosphorus bombs, while Moscow supports the attack with ballistic missiles," said Syrian Provisional Government Vice Prime Minister Vecih Cuma.
According to Cuma, with the move of the regime, Idlib will be taken from the Syrian moderate opposition as Idlib is significant, due to being the only city that is under the control of the moderate opposition fighters.
Syrian Provisional Government Vice PM said the information is based on the intelligence that reached them from very reliable sources.
"The attacks will be launched with the support of the warships that were anchored in the Mediterranean Sea and also destroyed Aleppo completely.
"Our 15 members were martyred in Idlib so far. If the world doesn't say stop to this violence, many parties, including the United States, Iran and Russia, will be affected by the happenings," he said.
"Previously, the Assad regime pushed the Sunni people to move to Idlib from Deraa, Hama, Aleppo, Latakia and Damascus, " he added.
The Assad regime, in the last 24 hours alone, conducted intense airstrikes which targeted Shear, Saladin, Muyesir, Mesekhin Hanano, Haydariyah, Suqqeri and Sahur neighborhoods of the city.
The attack left 61 civilians killed and 133 others wounded. However, due to the attacks, the wounded people cannot be taken to the hospitals.
Russia and the Assad regime are known to bomb Idlib along with Aleppo, the Syrian province located 50 kilometers from Turkey, with barrel and phosphorus bombs.
Despite the Syrian regime's denials, it has been proved more than once by the independent commissions that Assad had been using chemical weapons since 2013.
Last week, the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) has strongly condemned the Assad regime over using chemical weapons for the first time after its three-year-long violations.
The civil war in Syria has killed more than 250,000 people, according to the United States while the Syrian Center for Policy Research, an NGO, has put the total death toll from conflict at more than 470,000.
