Twenty-three Turkish soldiers and six armored vehicles enter Qatar, the Turkish military said in a statement released on Thursday.
The troops arrived in Qatar on Sunday for joint military exercises at the Tariq bin Ziyad base in Doha.
The Turkish soldiers joined some 90 troops already there. They will help train Qatari forces.
The move came after the Turkish parliament fast-tracked the legislation to allow the troops to be sent to Qatar.
Five armored vehicles will also be sent as part of the deployment.
Turkey has backed Qatar during the Gulf crisis.
Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Bahrain, Yemen and the United Arab Emirates cut ties with Qatar, accusing Doha of supporting terrorism.
Qatar denies the accusations, and describes the move as unjustified.
