In other words, if such a thing happens in the sale of the premises of a company, which is not open to the public, then it will be within the Finance's field of interest. However, if a company, which is open to the public and is being traded in the Istanbul Stock Exchange, does this, then the result of this would be prison. Knowingly and intentionally damaging a company open to the public requires a punishment. Giving false information to the Public Disclosure Platform is a severe crime. Besides, TMSF (Saving Deposit Insurance Fund) has the authority and right to seize the company that did it. Our laws on this matter are this severe. International law is also on the same line in this matter. Because, the matter of companies, which are open to the public, will not put up with errors and frauds. Am I wrong Mr. Aydın?
