With Biden president, will Daesh rear its ugly head to legitimize the PYD/YPG terror group?

The discussion that has taken hold ever since U.S. President Joe Biden’s inauguration is that “the third term of Barack Obama has begun.”

Considering certain appointments directly concerning Turkey, we too find the statement that this is the “third Obama term” correct, and are trying to draw attention to the greatness of the danger.

Though it has been four years since the Obama term ended, and though critical changes have taken place in both our region and Turkey during this period, we see once more that long-term strategic U.S. plans for our region remain unchanged.

The U.S. does not want powerful monolithic states. This is a project that foresees the division of Syria, Iraq and Iran, as well as Turkey, plans to establish tiny statelets, and desires to turn the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) into an autonomous state.

The U.S., which has raised its flag once again in areas under the invasion of the PKK’s Syrian wings, the Democratic Union Party (PYD) and its armed People’s Protection Units (YPG), shared a message congratulating the terrorist organization on the so-called anniversary of “Kobane’s liberation from Daesh.”

Obama’s right-hand man, Brett McGurk, was re-assigned to our region. McGurk is the one who trained the PYD-YPG/PKK, established the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), and paved the way for the legitimization of the terrorist organization saying, “It is fighting against Daesh.”

The appointment was immediately followed by successive bombed vehicle attacks in Syria’s Afrin and Azaz, which are under Turkey’s control. Numerous innocent people died.

As you know, there is another terror organization, which ensures the legitimacy of the PYD-YPG/PKK in the presence of the U.S.: Daesh.

Frankly, the likelihood of Daesh carrying out bloody demonstrations in the same areas again in the near future has increased.

This is the case, because in order for the PYD-YPG/PKK to gain legitimacy, it needs another organization, as it claims it is “fighting” against it. Of course, that organization is Daesh.

What is Daesh? What sort of an organization is it? Who established it?

‘Monkey wrench’ Daesh

Daesh, which first appeared in Iraq, then rapidly spread through our region, was almost completely eliminated during Donald Trump’s term. Turkey’s Euphrates Shield operation in 2016 was extremely effective in this regard.

The first description used for the Daesh terrorist organization was, “The most savage organization in history.” The “monkey wrench” term was also used for the same organization.

The “savage organization” image was strengthened through images of beheading, most of which were clearly the result of mise-en-scene. The reason underlying the monkey wrench term refers to Daesh being the first to enter a region that would be invaded later on.

Is a region to be invaded? Daesh would go there first. Then the invasion would start with the excuse of “liberating” that area. This is exactly what happened in Syria.

How was Mosul invaded? How was the demographic structure in Syria altered? Do they think we just forgot it all?

Daesh becomes easy method of delusion

How did the “Rojava revolution” delusion happen? Let’s take a short trip down memory lane.

Terrorists dressed in black in TOYOTA land vehicles – coming in like a wedding procession – first invaded the cities of Iraq and Syria.

Back then, neither the U.S. nor the coalition forces launched any intervention targeting Daesh.

Of course, we did not forget how Kobane “fell” either. If you recall, in the previous article, we explained how former Peoples’ Democracy Party (HDP) Co-chair Selahattin Demirtaş slandered President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan in the file attached to a letter he sent to journalists. They had cherry-picked statements by Erdoğan, who told Western forces that Daesh cannot be stopped with air interventions alone, without any land operations. “Kobane is about to fall” was the statement picked to conduct an operation. Surely we know how Kobane fell into Daesh’s hands.

During Daesh’s takeover, the U.S. and its coalition partners did not even lift a finger. Why?

Because we watched an illusion through Daesh. We built new fears. We waited for new saviors!

Because Daesh’s general staff intellect were international actors who pretended to be fighting Daesh while re-occupying our region.

This fact should not be overlooked.

Trump: Daesh founded by Obama, crooked Clinton

Trump, who spoke on Aug. 11, 2016, as a presidential candidate for the Republicans said, “[Daesh] was founded by Obama. And I will add, his co-founder was crooked Hilary Clinton.”

Daesh conducted extremely bloody operations in Turkey as well, especially in 2016, during Obama’s final term. After Obama left the White House, Daesh conducted no other noteworthy operation.

Let us also add that John Bass, who served as U.S. ambassador to Ankara during Obama’s term, just before leaving Turkey, said: “There has been no sign of terrorism for 9.5 months. This is not because Daesh gave up, but the result of our cooperation.”

Our ancestors would say, “The brave gypsy reveals his thievery while praising himself.” This was true for the U.S. ambassador as well.

While explaining the consensus between the two countries in terms of fighting terrorism, he implicitly said, “We are stopping Daesh from conducting operations.”

The same Bass had also gone down in records as the person who, after traveling to Afghan capital Kabul, sent Afghan refugees to Turkey.

Former players are taking action again now in the Biden term to achieve the strategic goals projected for our region. Terrorist organizations are being reactivated.

A difficult period is in store for Turkey and the region.
