In 2003, Iraq was invaded. The United Western Army settled into the heart of Mesopotamia and a new project aimed at sieging and controlling the Muslim world was activated a century later. Every city, every town and village that Western troops passed through, invaded, clashed and committed massacres were part of our memory. We felt deep sorrow whenever we read the names of places in news reports.
