Execution tribunals would have been established in Turkey if they had succeeded…

We would be experiencing a civil war similar to the one in Ukraine, if the Gezi rebellion, the street terror had succeeded. The capitals of Europe and the U.S. would be our “Russia.” The ethnic and sectarian-based war would turn Turkey into a blood bath.

The pro-coup mindset, which executed prime ministers would bring the country back to its old days with its cross-border partners, perhaps bring back executions with Baath ideologies. And with immense animosity, they would fill prisons with whoever was on their way, while street terror would climb to unprecedented levels and all of Turkey's accomplishments achieved in the past decade would be destroyed.

If the December 17 coup attempt had succeeded, a new system of tutelage would be established in Turkey, while transoceanic appointments of officials would be made as the ambassadors of the U.S. and the EU would turn into colonial governors and the politics and economy of Turkey would be administered from those capitals, while the intelligence organization would re-start running after its own citizens like they did in the past.

They would have established execution courts

Nowadays, we watch the execution courts in Egypt. We would now be debating the life sentences handed down by the courts which would be established in Turkey and would be very similar to the ones in Egypt, which have sentenced the first democratically-elected leader of the country to twenty years imprisonment. The Prime Minister, the cabinet, press members, NGO representatives and business people who support him would all stand trial in those courts today. The mindset, which occasionally beat Prime Minister Adnan Menderes during his trial where he was facing execution, would now find it suitable to apply the same treatment to the ones governing Turkey today.

Do you think these events would not have happened? They could… And they would… It is sufficient to see the powers behind the two coup attempts in order to realize what kind of a horror scenario was implemented to Turkey. When you look at the domestic and foreign partners of the “front,” you will also comprehend the severity of the project.

Those who hanged Menderes, were behind the September 12 coup, and were the architects of the February 28 post-modern coup project were all set behind the Gezi and December 17 interventions. Whether you look at the economic or political circles, or their partners in the U.S. and Europe, you will see the same picture, -the obscure partnership-. The project was rather grand.

They were going to line up behind the junta…

Both events were operations to take Turkey hostage. Even if one of them had succeeded, Erdoğan and his team would be facing the same fate as Morsi and his team, and Turkey would be sharing the fate of Egypt or Ukraine. A junta regime unique to Turkey would be constructed and a puppet government would be established under its tutelage, while the opposition parties who currently sermonize about democracy and freedom were going to line up behind this administration.

None of the political parties which make extravagant pledges during the election campaign would speak a word about democracy, while a state of emergency would be declared in Southeastern Turkey and the economy would go bankrupt within one or two years. Since they did not have Saudi or Gulf funds to support the coup, they were going to beg for money from different countries and these credits would not be able to maintain economic growth and an awful bankruptcy was going to take place.

Pro-coup al-Sisi also scattered promises around following the coup, but Egypt as a country is experiencing an outright political, economic and societal peace bankruptcy. It can barely stand up despite the funds provided by Gulf countries.

Their past only consists of blood, oppression and executions

The political mindset supporting Gezi and the December 17 coup attempts are the same as the political mindset in Turkey which supports military coups. Potency through the use of violence is found in both circles. Their minds cannot go further than the calculations to obtain governance through a shallow and short way and none of them develop a perspective or a rhetoric which can pave Turkey's way and take it a step further.

It is unreasonable to expect the skill of shouldering a country like Turkey from a political mindset and circles which support coups and street terror. They cannot sustain this country by imaginary promises and thirty-year-old election tactics.

The past of those, who support the ones who attempted to raid the house of the Prime Minister and put handcuffs on the Prime Minister, are filled with the Dersim massacres and executions. It is not that difficult to guess that the political mindset, whose past has been shaped by societal conflict, would again scatter Turkey to conflict and polarization in the future. It is impossible not to see the picture that this mindset would bring Turkey to, by taking a quick look at not that long ago, the past two years.

They were going to establish a government through the exploitation of deaths

Those who say democracy is not just about the ballot box, and considered it simply as a detail would almost bring the example of Morsi into Turkey. Those who are currently making Morsi pay a price and rule on executions and create a barrier in front of freedom initiatives by deaths had the same project for Turkey. They, too, were going to come to power as democratic and freedom-oriented circles through this intervention.

Those who hung prime ministers would overthrow yet another prime minister, and perhaps even attempt to take power through destroying him. In order to commit this crime, they used organizations, terrorism and the Gülen Movement. Before even the sound of the homicide attempts go off, they are planning for the elections with the same partnership and trying to make the Turkish society forget about their sins.

They are the Baathists of Turkey

I assure you, they will again embark on terrorist methods, domestic conflict methods, identity disintegration methods and exterior-based coup attempts following the loss in elections. Since they have lost the ethics, maturity and merit to come to power through democratic means, they will perhaps rely on scenarios which will make Turkey more like Syria.

The pro-tutelage circles resort to revenge when the people make a different choice and take it out on the people and the ones they elect. The latest example of this was evident in Egypt and they will try to do the same today. Because it is impossible for the mindset to come up with different projects and methods. Because they are the Baathists of Turkey.

Partnership between the Doğan Group, CHP and the Gülen Movement

The Doğan group, with all its media might, is investing in the Republican People's Party (CHP) and the Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP). The Gülen Movement, with all its media might, is investing in the Republican People's Party (CHP) and the Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP). In the subconscious of both parties lies the taking revenge from the people of Anatolia. There is a reckoning with the ancient Anatolian tolerance which is based on Turkey's great transformation, and prefers cohesion over disintegration.

They tried this with terror in Gezi and a puppet “religious community organization” which lost control due to revenge in December 17. They are managed again by the same mindset and power circles for the upcoming elections. If they fail –which seems to be the case - that mindset will turn them into characters of a new conflict.

So “oppression started in 1453”; right?

The superior mind which creates new projects about Turkey and the circles which lack the knowledge, skills and maturity to govern Turkey have no other choice but to become a tool for conflict scenarios.

This nation will never forgive the cooperation of those who say “Oppression started in 1453.” And yet again, this nation will never forgive those who cooperated with the ones conspiring to kill the Prime Minister of the country.
