Organization-states: Is ISIL moving to East Turkestan?

Organizations in our region are like “Trojan Horses".

This was always the case. But in the past few years, the issue grew into something much more different. Organizations were moved way beyond the limits of the scope of organizations. They acquired incredible power. They started to impose staggering destruction and effects which went beyond the countries they were located in.

There is an intelligence organization behind all of them. No organization –regardless of their ideological identity- has the strength to survive, or fight independently on its own.

This was always the case too. Particularly during the Cold War era, super powers used to settle their accounts with each other through organizations, and leftist independence organizations. But yet again, in the past few years, organizations were not just tools for states to check each other, but also a tool to destabilize countries and regions.

Many countries came to be fragmented through a single organization. Organizational identities,-which go beyond the organizations which carry out classic ethnic wars-which do not recognize countries and borders have been developed.

Who carried ISIL to Afghanistan?

With this aspect, organizations became globalized. The first example of this was al-Qaeda. Its influence diminished following the death of its leader, Osama bin Laden, but al-Qaida became the first global organization with its new generation of organizational structure, organizational form and developed a political language.

Now ISIL is replacing it. It acquired significant power in Iraq and Syria. It seems like it will soon increase its influence along the Jordan and Lebanon line. It grows at a fast pace in Northern Africa. The latest attack in Tunisia is a sign. It spreads in Central Africa and forms alliances with some organizations.

The most important thing that surprised me was the fact that ISIL started to fight with the Taliban in Afghanistan. It turns out the organization can even find a ground in Afghanistan, a place where all types of organizations ruled over for decades, and is able to challenge the strongest structure in the region. In 2001, Afghanistan was occupied with al-Qaida and Taliban given as the justification. Prior to the occupation, the U.S. supported Taliban through the Pakistani and Saudi intelligence agencies. But later on, they used Taliban as a justification for their occupation.

We will talk about ISIL.

Is a large map being drawn on the common zone?

I started thinking that they want to substitute states with organizations in our region, which I refer to as “the middle zone"; which extends from the Atlantic to the Pacific coasts, contains within it the most critical land and sea corridors, has the most abundant energy resources and transportation corridors, and hosts the largest rebellion against the Atlantic-based global power monopoly.

This is a rather striking and worrisome situation. Because in this region, organizations have become stronger than even some states. Before, business used to be done through states and regimes, but now organizations are preferred over them.

For instance, the U.S. and Europe controlled the Middle East through regimes they brought to power, and kept them under control. Now we see that the same circles are distributing the tenders - they had previously given to regimes - to organizations.

As a result of this, in the same way the “Parallel organization" was used with the goal of systematic elimination and was fully an intelligence operation, ISIL and other organizations, too, are positioned as an intelligence organization for the map-drawing operations directed towards the region. There is not much of a difference between the Parallel organization and ISIL in terms of the role they are playing.

The era of Organization-States begins

Now the era of organization-states is beginning. I don't know which country can withstand this wave. The map-drawing works focused on ISIL, which were initiated in Iraq and Syria, have come to our doorstep. The PYD, which exploits the ISIL threat, is encircling Turkey's south.

It encircles, but its owners besiege Turkey through this encircling. Pay attention to the fact that the driving force behind ISIL and the centers which start map applications through the PYD are the same. Take an even closer look at the relationship between the two organizations, which proceeds as clashes and strategic support at times, as well as its qualities, the forces behind it and the identities of their partners in Turkey.

In our region, states will no longer clash. It's possible that organizations and organization coalitions can fight. Countries may settle accounts through these, but those organizations will reach a point where they will be able to hit the countries in question.

A vast map-drawing work is under process. I am not quite sure how much we are aware of this fact. In the upcoming years, we will get stuck in the wars of ethnic-based organizations and the map changes behind them. I don't think that the threat is comprehended as much as it should be.

Some people are carrying ISIL to East Turkestan

Let me give you a final example. China has been carrying out massacres and oppressing the people in East Turkestan for years. It is carrying out a project to eliminate Muslims and suppress them. In Turkey, there is a high degree of awareness regarding this issue. Each Ramadan, this issue is brought up in the agenda and the society does not spare the necessary sensibility.

However, while the great map drawing work is being done in our south, the bringing up of the developments in East Turkestan in such an organized manner makes me suspicious. Don't get me wrong; we will always be on alert for our brothers and sisters over there. But the fact that some circles which I find strange – and never thought would be interested in the matter- are included in this campaign; and that there is an international organization against it; and the weakness of news sources; and the fact that it looks like information is managed from the same source; and that most of the propaganda arguments seem like a set up rather than reality; all worry me.

My concern is about our brothers and sisters in East Turkestan.

Let's hope that all of this work is not being done to open the door of East Turkestan to ISIL! Perhaps within a week or ten days, the East Turkistan arm of ISIL may come into operation.

The scenario is working. The details of the project are evident. East Turkestan will also be a front, similar to all of our countries, regions and cities. The map-drawing work is rather big.

Hence, the reason why we keep saying what we are experiencing now is the last War of Independence.

Take a look at Iraq, Syria, North African countries, Central Africa, and Asia. You will see that work is always being done through these organizations. Instability, civil war, and applications over the image of Islam are served through these organizations.

A structure which sits somewhere between al-Qaida and Taliban is extending to the region as a whole. I had previously compared ISIL to Taliban when I said it is the “Taliban of the Middle East."

Before that, there was al-Qaida.
