Angela Merkel, the Chancellor of Germany has signed a deal with Egypt's junta leader worth eight billion Euros. She sold all values such as democracy and freedom, -which they had been marketing to the world for the past five decades- to a Siemens tender. She signed a bloody deal. She shook hands with a murderer. She opened a shameful page on behalf of Egypt regarding the greatest democracy struggle in Egypt's history.
This is what you are about.
Europe, this is what you are! Germany, this is what you are! Merkel, this is what you are all about!
Your concepts you referred to as values, freedom, freedom of expression, democracy, human rights, freedom of religion, and all of the rest of such concepts are only worth a few billion Euros for you!
You've been attacking Turkey for the past fifty years. Since fifty years you tortured this country and the region, through the use of these values. You turn elections, democratic attempts, and sensitivities of nations into a matter of bargaining, and carry out scenarios of economic crises and political crisis projects.
What happened to the so called European values, where are they? When did you renounce them? What happened to European norms, the agreements you had prepared and universal texts? Where did you bury these?
Do you think we did not grasp the fact that the red carpet you rolled out in front of al-Sisi represents the blood of the Egyptian people, the pains of Egypt's democratic movement, and the tragedy of those who were shot in Tahrir Square and the streets of Cairo?
We never believed you anyways, neither have ever trusted in you. And we will never believe or trust you. We recognize who you are and know you. We also know that the so-called European values that you promote have been used as a tool for dominating these lands for a hundred years, Merkel!
Leave your economic, political and security plans aside; we know that your human rights courts, international justice courts, and war crimes courts are each imperial enforcement institutions, a tool of tutelage, and that you do not only carry out inspections through military, political and economic plots, but also through these institutions. We are aware that you suppress nations and countries through these institutions and you intimidate and enslave them through such organs.
Come on, German press; denounce Merkel and these policies, if you dare.
Let us see you question this agreement, this bloody partnership and cooperation under the name of so-called values which you insist on when Turkey is at stake. We expect to see warning statements in the headlines of the German media. We expect you to side with democracy and freedoms in your articles, analyses and television programs.
Where are you, the German press which captioned headlines as “We do not want you, don't come" when President Erdoğan was scheduled to meet with the Turkish people in Germany? Why didn't you, as the German press, raise your voice when al-Sisi came, but waged a war against a democratically elected president who obtained the confidence of over half of the population and voted for him, and you chose to refer to him as a dictator?
The media and intellectual circles of the country which rolled out red carpets for a leader like Sisi, who took power through a military coup and suspended democracy and sentenced a democratically elected leader to death, why don't you pen a sentence of criticism? How did you come to accept and stomach this? Not only Merkel, but you are also in shame. Blood is dripping from your pens too! Doesn't the tragedy of the Egyptian people who sacrificed their lives for the sake of freedom, and those who were imprisoned en masse concern you at all?
While on the one hand you make love with murderers, on the other hand, you attack the strongest democracy of the region through your proxies in Turkey. You still say “Erdoğan" and attack the values of this country through your couriers in Turkey.
With only a few days left till the elections, you carry out operations to cast a doubt on the elections, establish teams and plot plans of chaos in the post-election period. The German intelligence lies right at the center of all of these.
The same way you planned and implemented the Gezi riots, and established organizations and teams to bring Erdoğan down, halt the great walk of Turkey and sabotage the great revolution, which mobilized the region as a whole after a century, and attempted to bring the democratic system down through street terror You are doing the same thing yet again.
Who administers and nurtures the outlawed DHKP-C, who directs those attacks and who tries to settle an account with Turkey through this organization? Do you think we don't know these?
Merkel sold the region as a whole solely for a Siemens tender. You no longer have any reputation or reliability on these soils. We had never believed you and we never will. But this bloody agreement exposed a new truth. European values no longer exist.There is no such thing as the common philosophy of the European Union. The project we referred to as the EU has lost its moral values and ethical principles.
For this reason, they joined forces to block the democracy movement in Egypt. This is why they sided with dictators and murderers against the struggle of democracy and freedom. They sold those nations to dictators and despotic regimes.
But lest they forget; the resurrection and awakening of the region and its challenge is irreversible. The agreement signed by Merkel yesterday will be imprinted in the minds of the people in these countries in such a way that the oppressive authorities of the region will also be buried in the pages of history soon. These offensive and bloody agreements will someday be demanded to be accounted for. One day, the Egyptian people will demand these actions to be accounted for; we will demand that they (actions) will be accounted for.
Today, Turkey produces a superior set of values, compared to the fifty-year old European values. It teaches Europe specifically and the world as a whole, a lesson in humanity with its efforts in humanitarian assistance, democratic movements, advocacy for freedom, and siding with the oppressed.
This is the reason behind the pressure directed against Turkey by Merkel's Germany, who shook hands with al-Sisi and sold all of their values for a few billion Euros. This is the reason behind intelligence operations inside Turkey. This is the reason behind their attempt to dissolve Erdoğan and the political mind which acts as a pioneer to this country, through their extensions in Turkey. Take a look at the similarities between the German media and Doğan media outlets, and you will resolve the vicious reckoning!
Yes, we are indeed in a struggle for independence against all of these tutelage circles and the hypocrisy. This is a war of independence. The geography as a whole will soon put up the same struggle as we did. The dictators, who happen to be your partners, will be embarrassed and leave, and you will be left dumbfounded with the blood which stained your hands.
Today, I expect a reaction from the German media outlets. I expect a reaction from the newspapers and televisions which are extensions of Germany in Turkey. I expect a voice from columnists and journalists who are fostered by Europe, for the sake of human dignity.
But I know it will not happen. No voice will be heard from the German media which cannot make up any sentences except for bashing Turkey. Even if they react, it will be only for show and consist of weak sentences geared towards saving the day. Their partners in Turkey, for instance, will not voice anything. They will sugar coat Merkel through this and market her. None of these will mention what is going on in Egypt, or about democracy, freedom and human rights. And they will not even blush or be ashamed for not doing this.
Such media will even bring back fascism in Germany and market it. Those who did not bother doing anything for our citizens who were murdered by fascist/racist groups in Germany, and concealed the perpetrators, covered racism and dismissed investigations may as well do this too. Is it possible to talk about freedom in the German press when those who act as strong as a lion, when it comes to Turkey, cannot even say a sentence when Merkel is in question?
See why they attack Turkey this much. Realize why they want to topple Erdoğan. Realize why they will prefer to replace Erdoğan with a coup leader. Realize that they nurture military regimes rather than democracy, civil war rather than stability and economic crises rather than prosperity in Turkey.
