A user manual for the United States of America

Had the CIA been living its golden days once more, Nicholas Maduro would have long been overthrown. It is actually the U.S. that is no longer as it used to be. It is even unable to renew its “hegemonic” techniques that are now useless.

What happened in Venezuela is not a certain “Yankee defeat,” because this is a single match with many rounds. However, Venezuela has come out on top so far. Though there may be no applauding, the U.S. was defeated in Venezuela. We will see what happens next – because it is its habit, Washington will get dirty.

If Maduro endures a little longer, America will collapse in Caracas.

U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said, “Sending Russian and Chinese troops to Venezuela and inaugurating training centers here are obvious provocations. We do not have to tolerate Russia further escalating the already fragile situation in this country. We cannot stand by and watch this. China, Russia – they’re showing up at the doorstep, but once they enter the house, we know the debt traps. They will use debt traps, they will disregard rules, and they will spread disorder in your home. Thankfully, you all, South America, is not buying it. You should know that the United States will stand behind you.”

There is one truth to this statement; it is not just South America; we all know that America will stand behind us.

Russia and China giving tangible and military support to Venezuela is actually a new dimension of the crisis. China and Russia were always in South America, but after Moscow and Beijing saw the “course” of developments in the country, they felt that things may “no longer” be in favor of the U.S. and started to make advances as they weighed the public’s attitude.

We have to see that some games are being revealed here. Russia and China were not always so in sync. They saw that the “cooperation” worked. They saw results with respect to Syria in the United Nations; they are of the same opinion regarding the Koreas; and in the Venezuela case, they buried the U.S. in the UN General Council. They are presenting this to the world public under the title, “Russia, China team up against attempts to break international law.” (04/13, TASS)

Getting back to the U.S. in Venezuela...

The U.S. tripped over in Venezuela with the “humanitarian aid” initiative it started on Feb. 23. We said back then too that this would be “followed by troops,” which is exactly how the countries involved perceived it. The aid was provided by USAID, and this was a typical CIA logo that Turkey was used to in the past.

The aid was rejected while it was still being prepared; the Red Cross and UN refused the U.S.’s humanitarian aid.

The UN official said, “The aid should have no military or political motivation. We cannot say this for USAID.” The end.

In other words, what the U.S. calls “humanitarian aid” was an excuse to develop the U.S.-backed coup against Venezuela.

The second factor that “stopped” the U.S. is the Venezuelan military. It is standing by the Maduro government. They blocked the “aid” coming from the country’s Columbia and Brazil borders. This is extremely significant and Maduro took it even further; he boosted the number of militia forces, which he formed to arm in cases of mobilization and extraordinary situations, to 2.2 million.

Caracas will further encourage the “Bolivar Militias” that was founded after the coup attempt in 2002 against Chavez, and repelled by the people. It is a sort of “military nation,” numbering about 3 million.

The U.S. method should be clear by now. A road is being built between humanitarian aid and a coup through the economic crisis. This is what sanction blockades are. Once the economic crisis, sanctions, and aid start to be “set,” the rest will follow.

The aid given and sanctions should not appear in opposition to each other. The U.S. also provided aid to Venezuela. About $19 million. What about all the money that came out of the country and the people’s pocket because of sanctions? About $30 million per day!

The U.S. is, at the same time, a usurper. It uses trickery to seize the foreign assets of countries. For example, it seized Venezuela’s gold worth $1.2 billion. They drowned the money to stop import. It was required for pharmaceuticals.

***

Let us always remember those who sanction; the U.S., EU, Canada, Sweden.

Canadian Foreign Minister said, “We are discussing how the sanctions can be developed with our partners in order to get a bigger share of the pie.”

One other “technique” must be noted.

The “stretching” of negative developments seen in the target country, which are considered as insignificant under normal conditions, is actually confessions by official or popular figures.

What the people of a country under financial siege go through, in other words, them sharing their own doings via social media saying, “Look, this is the state of the people,” is extremely informative! We understand who those against us are, their intentions, and most importantly, the perpetrators.

The south of America is of vital importance to the U.S., and it is not going to give it up. Naturally, it considers Turkey standing by Venezuela against its own policies.

But what disturbs it most is that Turkey has set a “bad example” for the world as a country that scolds the U.S. with respect to more than one topic. Now, Venezuela is in the same position.

If a country does not renew its manuals, its user guides, then it is time for it to change its user manual.
