Davutoğlu"s "Tenure Compass"

Are there any exceptions, of course there are. However, the problems that exist in the Middle East today are evident. The crises to which we react like "where did this come from" are the deliberate updates of the preceding tensions.

Today, the designation for the ISIL or similar organizations – the causes and purposes of which cannot be known – is considered a "constructive chaos" in western terminology. Its actual coverage zone is Lebanon, Syria, Palestine, Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan and gulf countries. The essential point is that the base stations are going to be built to the extent of their network coverage and their owners.

The Former Foreign Minister of Foreign Affairs Condoleezza Rice said, "What we"re seeing here [in regards to the destruction of Lebanon and the Israeli attacks on Lebanon], in a sense, is the growing—the "birth pangs"—of a "New Middle East". And whatever we do, we [meaning the United States] have to be certain that we"re pushing forward to the New Middle East [and] not going back to the old one." (Press Conference, U.S. State Department, Washington, D.C., July 21, 2006.)

THE "CONSTRUCTIVE CHAOS" BASE STATIONS

The west enjoys the pompous definitions and considers the expressions helpful in the paddings of which could be taken as a surgical strike, creative destruction and constructive chaos in convincing partners. Even if it sounds tasteful, it is empty in its content.

When we read the accepted formulas the other way around, we see a partial rip extending from the Mediterranean to Afghanistan/Pakistan, coinciding with Russia"s interference with Central Asia"s entrance/exit doors, while China is looking for a feudal leadership position in the Middle East and Basra Gulf. In other words, the Middle East is at the same time the southern side of Central Asia.

If the western attacks from Kiev and Damascus fronts target Moscow, a new front will be open from the southern wing of Russia and will be situated on the Black sea, Crimea, Georgia, Azerbaijan and Caspian fault. Take the Balkans as parallel with those! Then move to Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan because even if it does not exist now, it won"t help spreading there, even though the boss of the Kremlin, Putin, demonstrated a retardation and mitigation move in the Ukraine.

GREAT, SIMPLE, GENUINE MAP

The Middle East needs a map that has a practical functionality, which will mark the nerve points and borders in understanding and solving the incidents whether they are great, small, new or old.

When we check every crisis occurring within the geographical borders and those, which are globally noticing, we find out that the incident and development is related to what such map implies. After we establish the relationship, we might be able to see the actual plan and what the great picture requires from us and how a step ahead is plotted.

Draw a line from Kiev to the Indus River. Stab a compass in the middle and make a circle around it. That"s it. Now that"s the great map in the northern sphere of the world. The target is all the countries within that circle. The cause and effect relationship is bound with who sets this plot and gives away the plot per se. (a. - Indus-, China-Tibet Plateau. It reaches India from Pakistan. It passes through Hyderabad to Karachi and merges to the sea of Oman. b. - Instead of Kiev, there are readings which mark "the straits", too!)

Those who block the way of the New Ankara and who open it

Let us talk about blocking the way and opening it and give two examples. I wrote earlier "If Ankara won"t be satisfied with Germany"s testimony for tapping us, it will take diplomatic actions. In this case, we must be careful with Patriots. We pulled the ears of Berlin, you can pull them. 20/08.) It would be better if it could not write or say anything. The attempt came from Holland, which is a handle of Berlin. ("Holland is pulling back the Patriot, 26/08 Hürriyet.) We know the Berlin-Amsterdam relationships are so exclusive, but relationships with Ankara in certain topics are not bad!

The second thing is that the relationship between Egypt and Turkey is well known, and also the time periods we have gone through since the very moment Obama took office and visited both countries. Ankara and Cairo used to be important axes. Now they are opposite ends. However, you can consider it an opening of the way, too! USA wants to slide its weight center to Africa. That"s the reason behind the cloning of the Suez Canal and the strange news such as the invasion of Libya. In the new term, when two countries will re-organize their relationships, their tensioned encounters will be alleviated.

The center of this problematic map is Turkey. Those who fear and nurture it for their own future have been trying to pump the idea for years that a circle of fire will touch or spread to us. In fact, even those who set the plan are scared from the instability of Turkey.

In short, the future Prime Ministry Ahmet Davutoglu has compasses. It can circle 30 and sometimes 70 countries and he describes each. He told us about them from Ankara and Diyarbakir likewise. He told us that when he was walking by the river in New York and when he was in Cairo, too. Even so, he told us about it in the Red Room!

That"s why there appears an excitement in certain countries and a fear in others. Davutoglu is using a compass but his compass is different.

This is the "tenure compass".
