Did the US want Ankara to apologize to Russia?

As seen from Russian President Vladimir Putin's continuing burning speeches, Moscow cannot understand the exact problem.

Let's say the whole sentence over an enlightening question: “Does the US want Turkey to apologize to Russia for the jet that was downed?”

No, it does not.

That's it.

It is enough to complete the sentence that begins with “If it does not”…

From its leader's mouth personally, when the Kremlin says, “We will make Turkey very sorry,” it excludes two issues in particular: 1-We will not give a military response, 2-We will not go beyond the energy agreements. Namely, it says “we will not cut the natural gas we have been supplying to Turkey.”

*

It is another issue whether Putin will keep his promise or not, but at least as we heard with our ears, these are the things he said he “would not do.”

The interpretation of the question above, their considering the energy issue separately and their surrounding Turkey with the missiles, which will not be fired toward Ankara at all, is hidden here...

The point where the global fault line is broken

Of course it is a strong move that Russia took S-400 missiles to Syria after the “jet crash” as the first step. (You can listen to the conspiracy theories, that “it sent the jet to be downed just to be able to make this move!”)

(But please extract the “theory” part.)

As it was not enough, it revived the agreement on giving the S-300 missile defense system and started the shipping.

Well, who is this missile siege for? (Let's note down that it took this step in spite of US objections, and Israel cost USD 20 billion worth of oil.)

Now it is very obvious that the target of Russia is the West/NATO in general, and especially the US.

There is speculation on how it will do this with an economy that resembles the Soviet Union pre-collapse, but it cannot do anything to Turkey militarily.

It has to consider that Ankara is a gigantic and prestigious NATO ally in the Middle East which is on the straight path.

It made that plan and closed it: “Nobody should expect nervous and hysterical moves from us.”

While the S-400s have been going to Syria, don't the US, Germany, France and England see that these fighters have been flying to İncirlik and Cyprus as frequently as migrating birds?

Or the day the shipment of the S-300 went to Iran, doesn't it know that Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Paul J. Selva went to İncirlik?

Do you know how the reason for Selva's visit to İncirlik was announced to the media? “He inspected the new dining hall!” Do not laugh; the Russians didn't.

The cost of the dining hall is USD 700,000. There cannot be a more meaningful message.

But let's see; aside from Russia's attacking Turkey or a situation that exceeds NATO borders, the West will not intervene between Turkey and Russia in the events the region promised, because there are those who find the Russian leverage useful.

However, many people believe that Russia will not find the "price" satisfactory.

Does anybody know how to read Latin letters?

Did we see that the S-400s were taken to Syria? Yes, we did. Did we understand that the S-300 shipment began to Iran? Yes, we did.

Here it is: "It is indicated that after China, India too will buy the S-400 missile system from Russia. It is reported that the Indian Air Force gave a proposal to the government to buy 12 S-400 missile systems from Russia, and the leaders of the two countries would talk about it at the Moscow summit that will be arranged in December," as stated in the Dec. 10, 2015 edition of the World Bulletin.

News on China's buying the Russian S-400 anti-aircraft missile system in April this year was also heard. (“Sold: Russian S-400 Missile Defense Systems to China,” 14/04, The Diplomat.)

Pakistan! Well, Pakistan. Islamabad is still one of the most strategic pillars of the balance in Asia. It plays a key role in the regional strategies of the US. It is a close ally of Turkey and the West that is not a member of the NATO. It is one of the main players not only in Asia, but also the Middle East. It is quite important as the “center” of the Ankara-Riyadh-Islamabad triangle.

You may think of the rest if that is the situation there. “Pakistan verified that it is interested in buying Russian SU-35 fighters. Islamabad is thinking of carrying its air force a level higher by buying SU-35 fighters which are considered to be the best in the world right now.” (“Real Deal: Pakistan Confirms Interest in Russian SU-35 Fighters,” 20/09, Sputnik.)

What does it mean to sell an S-400 air defense system to India, which has nuclear weapons, and selling the most advanced fighter to Pakistan, which also has nuclear weapons?

This concerns the West. Bullets have always been replaced on the muzzle that begins from Syria and goes to Pakistan, India and China through Iran.

No more Russian monopoly

That's why they said “Enough” to Russia and NATO/Western powers are rushing into Turkey, the relationship with the EU is being restored, even in less than 24 hours of the Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu's visit, the US Secretary of State went to Cyprus and the Greek prime minister deleted his tweets.

The most important developments are: Riyadh announced that it would not decrease oil prices…Kazakhstan Prime Minister Nursultan Nazarbayev intervened to resolve the crisis…The US said it would support the pipeline that would carry natural gas from Turkmenistan to Afghanistan, Pakistan and India. The natural gas “monopoly” of Russia from Ukraine to the Mediterranean, from the Middle East to the Central Asia will be broken. That is why the Kremlin is raging.
