I.The spokesman for the Russian Foreign Ministry explained that, Special Envoy of the USA to Syria, Michael Ratney, arriving in Moscow would take into consideration the Syrian crisis with his Russian counterpart, Mikhail Bogdanov. The spokesman for the Secretary of State said Ratney's visit was “for talking about options.”
