Esteban Santiago, a U.S. soldier who was deployed in Iraq, turned himself in after he killed five people at Fort Lauderdale Airport in Florida. It was revealed that he went to the FBI office in Alaska last November and said, “The U.S. government is applying mind control on me. They are forcing me to watch Daesh videos.
