The head of the Supreme Court of Appeals, Ali Alkan, protested the new judicial package by saying, “how far will this intervention go?” He talks about the spirit of the constitution. He lends support to the parallel structure (the term used to refer to the Fethullah Gülen-led community)…
This outburst by the head of the Supreme Court of Appeals is related to his unease at the breaking of the parallel structure’s grip on the Supreme Court of Appeals.
So, according to his exalted Excellency…the parallel structure within the judiciary is extremely compatible with the spirit of the constitution!
Alkan, the head of the Supreme Court of Appeals, has no objection to the abuse of their positions and authority in the judiciary by members of the parallel judiciary… and no objection at all to the parallel judiciary making lawlessness systematic and creating an order of imposters!
Hürriyet has become obsessed with focusing on such news items where it tries to deliver messages indirectly!
That is fine…
The lordly Hürriyet gives up and doesn’t stay on the ball when the “University Examinations File” of the parallel structure is opened!
For instance in 2010, it was proved that exam information had been stolen from the computers of the ÖSYM, the body that conducts all large-scale examinations in Turkey, in what became the public employee placement examinations scandal…
The parallel structure was at the center of this scandal.
Why doesn’t the Doğan Media Group, and Hürriyet in particular, utter the slightest sound about all this?
