The proposal for the Constitution change, which will bring the most radical change in Turkey's administration system to date, will start to be discussed in the Parliamentary General Assembly as of today. During these meetings, which will be in the form of two rounds as a requirement of the Constitution and probably be spread out through a period of 15-20 days, as a nation, we are going to feel and experience together the reality that making a Constitution is the job of a nation.
