British Olympic sprinter and European indoor gold medalist Nigel Levine has been banned from sports for four years after failing a drug test.
"British sprinter Nigel Levine has been suspended from all sport for a period of four years following an Anti-Doping Rule Violation (ADRV)," watchdog UK Anti-Doping said in a statement late Tuesday.
"Levine tested positive for the presence of the prohibited substance clenbuterol, an Anabolic Agent, following an Out-of-Competition test on 24 November 2017," it added.
Last December the European 4x400m relay gold medalist had been provisionally suspended.
He was also in Britain's 4x400m relay team at the 2016 Rio Olympics.
