Barcelona's Lionel Messi receives medical attention after sustaining an injury
Barcelona's star Lionel Messi will miss next weekend's "El Clasico" against fierce opponents Real Madrid due to a major arm injury.
Barcelona announced Messi's injury on their website late Saturday saying Barcelona's 'number 10' can be out for approximately three weeks because of a fractured arm.
He was injured in a league match against Sevilla on Saturday.
Medical tests showed a radial bone fracture in his right arm.
In this period Messi is also set to miss two UEFA Champions League games against Italian club Inter Milan, scheduled to be held on Oct. 24 and Nov. 6.
