Turkey's biggest football clubs Beşiktaş, Fenerbahçe and Galatasaray's aid campaign for ailing youth has achieved the funding goal.

Istanbul giants have recently launched an aid campaign for Kaan Aydın, a Turkish youngster who has been suffering from epilepsy disease for the last 17 years.

In a Twitter post, Fenerbahce had underlined that Aydin needs a total of 150,000 Turkish Liras ($31,000) to have a much needed surgery.

Fenerbahce announced in an overnight tweet that the campaign has managed to draw the needed amount.

"We managed to become hope for Kaan with our fans, Besiktas and Galatasaray. We thank you for your support #KaanHayatBekliyor (Kaan is waiting for his life)," the club tweeted.

The hashtag #KaanHayatBekliyor (Kaan waiting for his life) has been trending on Twitter in Turkey.

Besiktas also mentioned Fenerbahce's tweet and wrote: "Long Live Kaan, long live our eternal rivalry eternal friendship."

Aydin -- who is from northwestern Tekirdag province -- has been receiving treatment in Istanbul's Yeditepe University recently. His family could not afford the necessary money for the surgery.

Besiktas, Fenerbahce and Galatasaray are all in this campaign to be hope for Aydin.
