A British Airways Airbus A321-200 airplane takes off
British Airways announced on Thursday that it was suspending its London to Tehran service, citing lack of commerical viability for the operation, according to a statement by the U.K.'s national carrier.
The last outbound flight to Tehran from London will be on September 22, the last inbound one from Tehran is set to be on the 23rd of the same month, read the statement.
