Turkish Prime Minister Binali Yıldırım has expressed Turkey's determinism in the fight against terror groups launching attacks both within Turkey and in the neighboring Syria, saying, “No terrorist organization can take Turkey hostage."

"We declared war against the terrorist groups with the 'Freedom or Death' motto of the War of Independence. No terror organization can target the brotherhood of the 79 million people," said Yıldırım following the PKK attack in Cizre town of Şırnak, that martyred at least 11 policemen.

Speaking at the press conference with Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borissov, Turkish PM Yıldırım vowed to continue with the Syria operation until all the terror elements are swept.

"We will continue the operations in Syria until the security of both Turkey and Syria will be provided. We will do our best to reach our 2023 targets and provide a bright future to our nation," the PM said.

'Ensuring safety of people and border'

PM Yıldırım said the aim of these terrorist organizations is separatism in both Turkey and Syria, adding that Turkey supported Syria's territorial integrity since the beginning.

Yıldırım also said "the Free Syrian Army is clearing Daesh terrorists from the region. Our soldiers are giving them logistical support."

He added that Turkish soldiers are ensuring the safety of both people and the border.

'Migration is a global problem'

Turkish PM also warned Europe over the ongoing migration crisis, urging them to take on responsibility.

"We should keep in our mind that the migration crisis is a global problem; therefore our European allies should take more responsibilities," he said.

"If the agreement between the EU and Turkey is not implemented properly, then the problem will be worse," Yıldırım added.

Bulgarian president supports Turkey's EU membership

Bulgarian PM Borisov also highlighted the importance of the deal signed between Turkey and the EU, saying that state of laws have liabilities to make their promises real.

Borisov also expressed his condolences for those who were martyred in the recent PKK attack in Cizre.

Early on Friday, the PKK detonated a bomb-laden car at a police checkpoint in Cizre town, where at least 11 policemen were martyred and more than 78 people, including four in serious condition, were wounded.
