The officials from Russia arrived in Ankara to discuss the assassination of the Russian ambassador to Ankara, Andrei Karlov, with Turkish authorities at 11 a.m.

Andrei Karlov, the Russian envoy was assassinated on Dec. 19 by a gunman who approached him during his speech at an art exhibition, sponsored by the embassy in Ankara.
