Turkey neutralizes 40 terrorists in past week

The Turkish Armed Forces neutralized 40 terrorists in the past week, according to the interior ministry.

Twenty-four were killed, five were captured and 11 surrendered to security forces, and among those neutralized were two high-level terrorists.

Within the context of the operations, eight caves or shelters across the provinces of Hakkari, Siirt, Kars and Van were rendered unusable, and a great deal of ammunition and weapons were seized.
