Turkish Supreme Military Council replaces land, air and navy commanders
Turkey's Supreme Military Council (YAŞ) decided on Wednesday to replace the heads of the army, air force and navy, local media reported.
The YAŞ, which meets every August, held a four-hour meeting chaired by Prime Minister Binali Yıldırım on Wednesday.
The decisions made during the meeting will be presented to President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan for approval.
