Guatemalan president declared Monday day of national mourning after bus accident killed at least 51 people
Türkiye on Tuesday extended its condolences to the victims of a deadly bus accident in Guatemala.
“We are deeply saddened by the bus accident which took place in Guatemala City on 10 February 2025 and extend our condolences to the families of the victims and to the people of Guatemala,” Turkish Foreign Ministry said on X.
Guatemalan President Bernardo Arevalo declared a day of national mourning on Monday after a bus accident in Calzada La Paz which claimed at least 51 lives and left several other people injured.
