Turkey is preparing for the new influx of refugees leaving Aleppo, the scene of a major offensive by Syria's Russian-backed regime. Turkish FM Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu told reporters on Saturday that up to 55,000 people are fleeing toward the Turkish frontier.The governor of Kilis province also stated that around 35,000 Syrian refugees have arrived at the Turkish border near the southern city of Kilis in the last 48 hours and are being accomodated at camps on the Syrian side of the border.
