At least 24 people, including children, are dead after a boat carrying refugees sank in the Aegean Sea off the Turkish coast on Tuesday. The Turkish coast guards have found the bodies of 24 people, several of them children, on the Ayvalık coast of Balıkesir province. 12 people were rescued by the Turkish coast guards. The boat was taking 36 refugees to Lesbos Island from the Dikili town of Izmir province of Turkey.
