      <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A remote-controlled bomb that was detonated by Kurdish Workers' Party militants in eastern Bitlis province wounded 20 military officers on Monday morning. Improvised explosive devices that were detonated near the Tatvan Military Officer's Recreational Center exploded during the transition of military vehicles at 7.45 a.m. While the wounded soldiers have been transferred to local hospitals, the injuries reportedly don't pose a fatal risk.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p> A wide-range operation was immediately launched in the Tatvan district of Bitlis in order to capture the PKK terrorists.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p> Meanwhile, a nine-year-old girl was killed and five other civilians were wounded in a rocket-propelled grenade attack by the PKK terrorists in Diyarbakir on Sunday night, while three civilians who were injured in the attacks on early Friday in Şırnak province have died on Saturday.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p> Also, two Turkish soldiers were martyred and nine security force personnel were injured in two attacks in the Beytüşşebap district in the southeastern Şırnak province on Eid al-Adha, the Turkish Armed Forces said on Friday.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p> Violence between the PKK and Turkey's military reignited in July after peace talks collapsed between the two sides.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>]]></content:encoded>
