In a written statement, Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) said the quake hit Denizli province at 9.34 p.m. (1834 GMT). The quake was centered in the south of the epicenter of the quake was Acipayam district of Denizli at a depth of 11.36 km (7 mi).</description>
