Galatasaray narrowly defeated Gaziantepspor 1-0 in the Turkish Spor Toto Super League matchday 11 game played in Gaziantep province on Saturday.
'Lions' Turkish striker Burak Yilmaz's header in the 89th minute brought the victory to Galatasaray and the Istanbul club reached top of league table by raising their points to 22.
One of the contenders for the domestic title, Fenerbahce will meet Eskisehirspor in Istanbul on Sunday. The match at Fenerbahce Sukru Saracoglu Stadium will kick off at 19:00 local time (1700 GMT).
