Turkey will visit European football powerhouse the Netherlands in the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers on Tuesday, with the top of the Group G set for a thrilling race.

The Group G is led by Turkey with 11 points in five matches. However, Turkey are not so comfortable in the top spot as runners-up Netherlands and third-place Norway have bagged 10 points each so far to chase the leaders.

Only the group winners will automatically qualify for the 2022 World Cup. The runners-up in each group will face the playoff stage to fight for limited tickets for Qatar 2022.

The game between Turkey and the Netherlands at Johan Cruijff Arena in Amsterdam will start at 1845GMT.

The match will be officiated by Italian referee Daniele Orsato.

On March 24, Turkey stunned the Netherlands 4-2 in the Group G opener in Istanbul's Ataturk Olympic Stadium.

One of the main goal threats of Turkey, Burak Yilmaz, is available for the Netherlands clash.

The 36-year-old forward missed Saturday's Gibraltar match that Turkey won 3-0 as he was previously booked near the end of Montenegro game last week.

On Tuesday, Norway will take on Gibraltar in Oslo.

Meanwhile, the other Group G team Montenegro will face Latvia in Podgorica.

Montenegro have seven points to pursue Norway.

Latvia have four points in the Group G.

Underdogs Gibraltar bottomed the group, losing all their five matches.
