Florida, US family finds nine-foot alligator in their swimming pool

Disturbing video footage shows a nine-foot alligator in a Florida family's backyard swimming pool.The alligator was removed from pool with the help of rope. Mrs Lear told Bay News 9 ,"At one point, waves were rocking in the pool from the gator thrashing around but then the trapper tired him out and hauled him out the door."Once endangered, alligators are fairly common pests in some southern US states. They have been known to attack and even eat small dogs, cats or occasionally babies left unattended.
