Kind people save trapped toddler in China

A two-year-old girl who was trapped on the window canopy of the third floor of a residential building was saved by kind-hearted people. The incident happened Tuesday in Hangzhou, capital city of Zhejiang Province in east China. At about 10 Tuesday morning, the girl was left alone at home on the fourth floor. Somehow she fell out of the balcony onto the window canopy of the apartment underneath. Old and out of repair, the canopy started to crack, which meant that the girl might fall at any minute. A few strangers saw the scene and went out for help immediately. Long Chunqun, who runs a store downstairs selling windows and doors, was the first among the rescuers.
