The video shows the severity of the cold snap in East Asia. In South Korea, the rivers and lakes froze over and ships were stuck in big floes. Cold weather has taken lives of at least 85 people in Taiwan. The country was not prepared for the kind of cold weather that has not been felt for a very long time. Also, some towns in China saw their first snow in decades.
