Facebook live stream captures moment a Chicago man films himself being shot

A man live-streaming himself on Facebook was shot down on the street in Chicago, US on Thursday afternoon.The 31-year-old victim was posting the video directly to Facebook when he was shot. In the beginning of the video, the man speaks directly to the camera, joking about needing to go 'somewhere to duck and hide for cover'. Then the shooting occurs and the camera films the gunman. Local news outlet WGN reported that police say the man is a documented gang member.Chicago has one of the highest rates of gun violence in the US since 1999. There have been 135 homicides already in 2016, a 71 per cent jump from 2015.
