French people protest government's controversial security bill

French people carried out protests across the country against the government's controversial security law, which has been criticized for violating the press freedom and right to privacy as well as due to concerns of rising police violence in the country. The demonstrators gathering in many cities of the country, especially in the capital Paris, asked the government to withdraw the controversial bill.
