Japanese authorities are on high alert as heavy rainfall and flooding continue for a second day in several areas of the country. Hundreds of thousands people of the flood affected areas have been advised to evacuate their homes. A video footage showed a house dragging away by the raging flood water that poured through a small city in northern Tokyo. Some stranding residents were weaving their hands from second floor balconies and their roofs for help.
