An Iraqi court on Thursday sentenced a woman “to death twice' for deliberately throwing her two children off a bridge into the Tigris River in an act of revenge against her husband, according to a report published on the Iraqi News Agency (INA). Surveillance cameras captured the horrific moments of the double murder in October 2020. The video went viral on social media platforms as soon as it was broadcasted, causing outrage among Iraqis.
