Video shows rescuers clearing ice to help a giant killer whale to swim into the open sea. A group of four orcas – also known as killer whales- has been rescued from ice floes off the east coast of Russia. Russian media said the local teams rescued three sea mammals out of four at the first stage of the rescue operation, but the biggest killer whale (around 7 meters long ) remained near the coastline. Volunteers and rescuers cleared the ice overnight and helped the fourth orca to swim to the open sea.
