A little girl has left her mark on the world over the speech she made in tears in which she called on people to end police violence and racism in the United States. 10-year-old Zianna Oliphant called for the end of the “wrongful treatment” of black people in Charlotte, North Carolina, following a recent police shooting. "It's a shame that our fathers and mothers are killed and we can't even see them anymore and visit the graveyards," she said in tears. "And we have tears and we shouldn't have tears. We need our fathers and mothers to be by our side," she said."I was born and raised in Charlotte and I've never felt this way until now. We are black people and we shouldn't have to feel like this. We have to protest because you all are treating us wrong," she said. Zianna's speech follows recent shooting of African American man.
