Recent footage has emerged showing a bizarre road-rage incident involving a U.S. military vehicle and an armored Russian carrier as they were conducting patrols in northeastern Syria. In the video that is apparently captured by a local, a U.S. military vehicle is seen charging aggressively towards an armored Russian carrier, seemingly in an attempt to force it off the road near the town of Qamishli in northeastern Syria.
