İbrahim Kaya, an old man in Turkey's border province of Kilis, came within millimeters of death when a rocket launched by the PKK/PYD terrorist organization landed in front of him as he was crossing the road. Kaya thought he was hit by a vehicle, and is receiving treatment in Gaziantep.
