Rohingya children who fled from Myanmar's oppression to Bangladesh were issued identity cards at the Cox's Bazar refugee camps. Since Aug. 25, over half a million Rohingya have crossed from Myanmar's western state of Rakhine into Bangladesh, according to the UN. "The Rohingya population in Cox's Bazar is highly vulnerable, many having experienced severe trauma, and are now living in extremely difficult conditions," Robert Watkins, UN resident coordinator in Bangladesh said, referring to the Bangladeshi district where most Rohingya are living.
